Levels of Treatment Care

Nuwave Health Services conducts an initial assessment during the in-take process to determine the level of care needed for the individual. Nuwave provides six different levels of treatment care. Then a trained counselor creates a treatment plan with the participant. The counselor meets with the participant weekly to update the goals and benchmarks on the plan. Nuwave also offers mental health and PRP services to its participants.

  • Level 1 is used as a step-down from higher-intensity levels of care or for people who are stable, but are in need of monitoring. This level
